Norman Mesman captures a scene in a moment, to reveal with one photo or essay of photos a story in time. He is mostly self taught, and has worked for ad agencies in California, The Emerald newspaper at U of O, and as a private photojournalist with various newspapers. His favorite subjects to shoot are documentary, spot news, and landscapes. He believes subject matter, emotion and composition help create a photograph with impact, meaning and truth. Norman is a photojournalist and landscape photographer forever searching for unique opportunities to photograph new things.
